About The Villa

The Villa has 45 apartments, one and two-bedroom units, on two levels. There is elevator access to the second floor. A limited number of heated garages are available for those who drive. Designed for energy efficiency, all units have oak woodwork throughout, a kitchen appliance package, a stack washer and dryer, and include window treatments and flooring.

A monthly fee includes rent and all utilities, except phone, cable and internet service. There is no long-term lease or buy-in required.
